IRISH FOOD YOU WILL LOVE:
What do Irish People think about Traditional Irish Food?
In an effort to explore traditional Irish cuisine, a group of brave Irish people recently tried some stereotypical Irish food. The selection included haggis, corned beef and cabbage, pigs feet, Guinness, Lucky Charms cereal and colcannon. Some approached the experience with excitement while others were hesitant about everything from the taste to texture–and the smell.
One participant, who initially described the selection as ‘interesting’, had a surprisingly positive reaction to haggis, commenting that it “was actually really good!” The corned beef and cabbage, however, did not fare so well; one person commented that they would rather eat a shoe than endure another bite.
