Our Traditional Bakery has been in existence for more than 45 years. It has served the needs of the community through all of these years catering for all occasions. Only the freshest of ingredients are used in Clarke’s freshly made cakes & breads. There is a huge selection to choose from including freshly baked cakes, Soda Bread, G.I. Bread, & their Crispy White Rolls. The bakery has earned the motto of ‘Nothing tastes as delicious as a cake from Clarke’s’. The Clarke’s Cafe opened up nearly 20 years ago with their French Chef delighting customers pallets with freshly cooked meals every day. The excellent quality & great value from the cafe has meant that the business is still thriving today. Clarke’s is also one of the largest suppliers of outside catering to companies in the area. From August of this year the cafe opened its doors on a Sunday. This has proved a great success and is adding to the popularity of the Clarke’s name.

The bakery opened in 1968 and the adjoining cafe opened in 1993. The business is run by the brother and sister team of Noel & Margret Clarke.
