  2. In a blender, combine the hot coffee, 2 tablespoons (30 g) of Kerrygold unsalted butter, and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of MCT oil.
  3. Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is frothy and creamy.
  4. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy immediately, hot or iced.
