Chris’s Irish Soda Farls
Soda Farls are a flat soda bread cut into four equal pieces cooked on a griddle or skillet as opposed to soda bread which is baked in the oven. It originates from Northern Ireland.
This is a basic 4 ingredient Farl Recipe. For a brown version replace half of the the flour with whole-wheat flour.
