Traditional Irish dinner on the ranch! Have you ever tried Irish food? Corned beef and cabbage is my favorite St. Patrick’s Day dinner, it is like a traditional Irish Stew. I watched Darby O’Gill while cooking today. By the time I was done it was more like a Danny Boy O’Connor House of Pain Shamrocks and Shenanigans! I made fresh gluten free and regular flour Irish Soda Bread with Buttermilk.

The Irish do not, repeat do not eat corned beef and cabbage. Its bacon cabbage and goood fluffy potatoes.
